Describe the numbers and reference

Include the entered chord, rise, units, interval count, expected result and observed result. A copied layout records the model assumptions and station origin. For a print issue, include the measured calibration line and whether software used actual size or fit-to-page. Do not send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive details.
